Frances is also a full member and counsellor supervisor for the Federation of  Psychotherapists and Counsellors Queensland (FPCQ), Clinical member and counsellor supervisor of the Australian Counsellors Association (ACA) and also regularly interacts with the Queensland Counselling Association.   It is mandatory when maintaining this status within these professional organizations to participate in many hours of professional supervision and professional development each year keeping up-to-date with therapeutic processes and the emotional healing of clients.
